We are contemplating a third-floor addition to our boat dealership, which will include 10 office suites. (I've attached the architect's initial sketches.) Before we invest additional money in blueprints, could you please confirm that our location at 23 Birch Road (please see attached plot plan) is indeed zoned for "any industrial use" or whether we will have to seek a variance.
